The invention relates to the treatment of metals by pressure, in particular to devices for processing wires, such as descaling, sizing, and / or drawing and following the following editing. A known installation for machining wires, comprising an unwinding device, a processing device with a descaler, a welding machine, a pair of pulling tensioning rollers installed in front of the processing device and behind it, at each of the pulling tensioning rollers, is connected with the drive of their rotation assistance of the kinematic chain, and the rollers are installed with the possibility of adjustable movement of one roller relative to another. If hot rolled wires should be processed into welded reinforcing bars, then it is necessary to first clean their surface from all contaminants, since a strong welded joint is not achieved. After the cleaning process, the lock is accurately corrected and cut to length, and then fed to the welder. The surface of the wire is cleaned in the descaling unit in two successive processes: the removal of scale by crushing (most of the loosely adhering residue is detached from the surface of the wire) and the cleaning of the scale by brushes (mechanically removing the residue from rolling) l. Pulling the wire through the scale removal section by crushing due to strong changes in the shape (direction) of the wire as it goes around the rollers requires great effort. Therefore, the wire is attached to a descaling device on a drum driven by a motor. In the known device, the necessary traction forces must be provided and the speed of the wire through the descaling and dressing devices synchronized, which sometimes presents difficulties. The purpose of the invention is to ensure that the process is discontinued by unloading the rollers of the dressing unit from the thrust force while pulling the wire through the processing device. The goal is achieved in that a wire processing unit, preferably for descaling, calibration or drawing and subsequent dressing, comprising an unwinding drum for the wire, a device for processing, preferably descaling, calibration or drawing, an straightening unit with drive rollers, covering the terminal wire a clamp connected by mechanical transmission with a suitable motor, and a cutting device equipped with a wire feed unit made in the form of a disc placed between the device ohm for processing and straightening unit, and an additional mechanical gear connecting the disk with the drive motor and devices for pressing the drive rollers of the straightening unit with adjustable pressure; i to the wire, the said mechanical gears are implemented with parameters that ensure the exceeding of the peripheral speed of the drive rollers edits over the peripheral speed of the disk. The wire processing unit comprises a winder 1, an emergency stop device 2, a device for removing scale, consisting of a crushing line 3 and a brushing section 4, a straightening device 5 with a cutting unit 6. In the straightening device 5, a motor 7 is provided, which, through an intermediate gear 8 and a worm gear 9, drives a disk 10, around which the wire is wound into one or more turns, and through a wedge-drive gear 11 drives a pair of 12 and 13 tons of needles rollers that pull the wire through the straightening device 5. Gear ratios of gears 9 and 11 are so consistent with each other that the circumferential speed of the disk 10 is slightly less than the circumferential speed of pairs of 12 and 13 tons of empty rollers. The taut rollers 12 and 13 are fitted with the help of the clamping springs 14 and the walking screws 15 to the necessary clamping force. The rectifying rotor 16 is also driven by the engine 7 through a V-belt transmission 17. Scissors 18 connected to the engine 7 and the exit conveyor 19 are attached to the dressing device on the output side. The device works as follows. The wire is pulled from the coiler and passes the descaling unit. With the help of springs, such a clamping pressure on the wire is established that the tractive force generated by the pulling rollers on the wire becomes sufficient for the friction force between the wire and the disk 10 to provide free from slipping the movement of the wire feed through the descaling unit, as well as the possibility of sliding between the rollers and the wire due to the different peripheral speeds of the disk and the heavy rollers. Due to rolling rollers that rotate somewhat faster than the wire feed speed requires, a uniform tractive force acts on the wire, and the friction force between the wire and the disk surface remains constant, which ensures a constant wire feed speed.
